Brand Customization

Use the Brand page in the Admin Center to change the public Trust Center and preview each change before you save it.

Access the Brand page

You must have the Admin role. Other Admin Center roles do not have access to brand settings.

Open a tab: /brand?tab=trust-center or /brand?tab=email

In the Admin Center, select Brand in the navigation. The page has two tabs:

  • Trust Center controls the public Trust Center.
  • Email controls the sender display and legal footer in Trust Center emails.

On a desktop, the settings and live preview are side by side. On a mobile device, use Edit and Preview to move between them.

Customize the Trust Center

Open the Trust Center tab. Its settings are in four sections.

General

Use General to configure these items:

  • Trust Center title: Set the title that visitors see.
  • Logo: Upload one PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP image. Select the current logo to replace it, or select the remove button to delete it.
  • Hero image: Upload a JPG, PNG, WebP, or SVG banner. The recommended size is 1584 × 396 pixels.
  • Colors: Set the primary, background, and text colors. Use each color picker. The hex value beside it is read-only.
  • Custom font: Upload one WOFF, WOFF2, OTF, or TTF file of up to 1 MB. You can also edit the CSS font-family stack.
  • Contact email: Set the contact address shown in the Trust Center.
  • Overview: Add Markdown content to the main overview. You can add or remove a second overview column.

Logo, hero image, colors, fonts, and custom CSS are global settings. You can change them only when the default language is selected.

FAQs

Use FAQs to add, edit, and remove question-and-answer pairs. Each saved item must have a question and an answer.

Use Footer to set the footer text and links. The footer text supports {currentYear} and {companyName}.

Each footer link has a label and a URL. You can link to a website, email address, Trust Center page, or section of a page.

Advanced: Brand-Extended CSS

Use the CSS editor for changes that the standard controls do not support. The Admin Center checks the CSS and tells you if it changes or removes a rule.

Custom CSS can break the Trust Center layout. Read the full custom CSS guide before you use this field.

Customize Trust Center emails

Open the Email tab to preview and change email settings.

The From email field is read-only. It shows your custom sender address or the default Orbiq address. Contact Help to change this address.

When your Trust Center has a custom sender address, you can edit the Email legal footer. You can use Markdown for bold text, italic text, and links. The limit is 4,000 characters.

Add content in more languages

If your Trust Center supports more than one language, use the language selector at the top of the Brand page.

The default language controls all global settings. For each other language, you can translate these items:

  • Trust Center title
  • Contact email
  • Both overview columns
  • FAQs
  • Footer text and links
  • Email legal footer

If you change the language before you save, the Admin Center asks if you want to discard your changes.

Preview and save changes

The preview changes as you edit. The Trust Center tab shows the public page preview, and the Email tab shows an email preview.

Select Save changes to publish the current values. You can also use Control+S on Windows or Command+S on macOS.

Brand changes do not have a separate draft, approval, scheduling, history, or rollback workflow.

Current customization limits

The Admin Center provides one set of brand settings for your organization. It does not provide these separate controls:

  • Secondary, dark-mode, footer, email, or print logos
  • Theme presets or a visitor theme switcher
  • Logo position, logo size, header layout, or sidebar layout controls
  • Device or browser simulation in the preview
  • Different brands for individual customer accounts

Use the standard fields first. Use custom CSS only when you need a visual change that those fields cannot make.
