Managing Individual Contacts
Open a contact to manage access and review its history.
Open a contact
Open the contacts page: /contacts
- In the Admin Center, select Contacts.
- Find the contact.
- Select the contact row.
Documents
The Documents tab shows the documents that you can share with the contact. Each card shows the title, description, category, status, and any NDA requirement.
Select cards to prepare link or unlink changes. Select Save to apply the changes. Use the reset control to restore the last saved selection.
Activity
The Activity tab shows:
- Access request history, including status, requested documents, and dates.
- Signed NDAs. You can open or download each available NDA.
Settings
The Settings tab contains the contact details that your organization collects. It also contains the Delete Contact danger zone.
Review status and language
Use the review-status control to change the contact status. If your Trust Center supports more than one language, you can also choose the contact's preferred language.
Select Save to store your changes. You can also press Command+S on macOS or Control+S on Windows and Linux.
Quick actions
The contact page can show these actions when they are available:
- Send magic link sends a new access link to the contact.
- Suspend Access changes the contact's status to Rejected.
