Create a Subprocessor

Create a Subprocessor

Start with a template or a blank form. Then add the vendor details that you want to show on the public Trust Center.

Open the creation page: /subprocessors/new

Before you start

• Admin role in the Admin Center
• Subprocessor templates for your organization (optional but recommended)
• Badge image (SVG or PNG, 512 × 512 pixels recommended, maximum 2 MB)

Step 1 – Open the Subprocessors area

1. Sign in to the Admin Center.
2. In the left navigation, expand Content and choose Subprocessors.
3. Select Add Subprocessor.

The template page shows the shared vendor templates that are available to your organization.

Step 2 – Choose a template or start blank

• Use a template to use its badge, usage text, and default locations.
• Start from scratch to add a vendor without a template.

A template fills in some fields. You can change each field.

Step 3 – Add vendor details

• Vendor name: The name shown in the Trust Center.
• Location of processing: The region and country, or Global with an explanation.
• Short description: Optional text for cards or reports.

Step 4 – Describe usage

Use the Usage details field to explain:

• Why your organization uses the vendor
• The types of data that the vendor processes
• Relevant security or data retention details

You can use Markdown to add lists and links to relevant policies.

Step 5 – Upload a badge

1. Click the badge placeholder to select a file.
2. Choose SVG, PNG, JPG, or WEBP up to 2 MB.
3. Remove the badge to restore the badge from the template.

Step 6 – Review and publish

Check the Trust Center preview in the sidebar. Then:

1. Click Create subprocessor.
2. Wait for the badge upload (if any) to finish.
3. The Admin Center opens the page for the new subprocessor.

After creation, check the new subprocessor under Our Subprocessors on the public Trust Center. If it does not appear at once, check the page again later.
